Cumulative capitalization of the cryptocurrency market has returned to a mark of $500 billion

Against the background of the continuing growth of the price of bitcoin and other main cryptocurrencies cumulative capitalization has again risen higher than $500 billion. Last time this indicator has been recorded on February 1.

The beginnings of February was not the best for cryptocurrencies
– against the background of a number of negative news, the market has considerably sunk, having fallen at some point lower than $280 billion.

However since February 6 bitcoin, and together with him and the majority of altcoins show steady growth. So, on Thursday, February 15, the first cryptocurrency has returned to a mark of $10 000, and on the morning of Saturday, its average rate rose up to $10 777.

The market capitalization of bitcoin at the same time grew to $181,5 billion that makes about 36% of the common market which capitalization as of 8:00 UTC was estimated at $502 billion.

Other cryptocurrencies are also growing in price – with a few exceptions practically all first hundred in the rating of Coinmarketcap is in a green zone. At the same time among the most liquid altcoins, the best indicators of growth for the last seven days have shown Litecoin (about 40%), Ethereum Classic (35%) and Monero (22%). The similar indicator of bitcoin for the same interval of time was 21.45%.
