A Crown Prince of Liechtenstein is thinking of investing into cryptocurrency

The hereditary prince of Liechtenstein Alois said that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can become one of instruments to restore the former wealth of his family.

Alois added that though the cryptocurrency remains “very risky” so far, the technology which is its cornerstone can be useful to optimize the processes in Liechtenstein.

It is a new chapter for the monarchy, in which the most traditional forms of government in the history of mankind considers to embrace cryptocurrencies. In the meanwhile the most part of other part of the traditional world of banking, denies it. It is merge of history and new “electronic economy” and monarchy.

“It could be interesting, I think particularly the whole blockchain technology is very interesting. I think one has to see that it’s a that’s a very risky asset class — if it’s an asset class. But blockchain will change a lot of areas, a lot of businesses in the future.”
