The cryptocurrency website of Pablo Escobar’s brother went offline after the start of pre-sale

Roberto Escobar, the younger brother of the Colombian drug baron and the politician Pablo Escobar, starts his own Diet Bitcoin (DDX) cryptocurrency.

According to Escobar, this hardfork of bitcoin is the facilitated and faster version and will exist in the cryptocurrency market longer than other projects. He claims that Bitcoin is created by the U.S. authorities that are cunning to bring investors to bankruptcy, and have a number of shortcomings which Diet Bitcoin don’t have.

“I, Roberto de Jesús Escobar Gaviria, am the first person in the world to state publicly that Bitcoin was created by the American government. And I won’t be the last who say it. CIA will find out that the world knows it all, and CIA will try to sell all tokens, and it will bring down the Bitcoin price. Therefore I create my own cryptocurrency which I called Diet Bitcoin (DDX).”

— says the epigraph to the project whitepaper.

At the moment, Roberto Escobar tries to attract investments by the means of ICO. Within the pre-sale, potential investors are suggested to get 300 thousand tokens of DDX at a discount of 96% of the posted price in $50 for unit. Further the price will increase up to $1000 for a token.

In his nearest plans Escobar wants to open his own trading platform, development of PC clients for working with new altcoin, adding it to the CoinMarketCap service and in listings of the cryptoexchanges, mining start and also web and mobile version of a wallet.

The only thing which is wrong, their website is down.
