The French regulator blacklisted 15 cryptocurrency companies

The Financial markets regulator of France (AMF) blacklisted 15 websites of the companies working in the sphere of cryptoinvestments.

“The French companies suggesting to buy the rights for various products and promising possible profit or its economic equivalent get under operation of the relevant laws, so their products have to be registered in AMF.”

— the statement says.

15 websites of the companies which haven’t stopped activity and ingored the notification of AMF are listed in the document. On the majority of pages it is claimed that firms are in Great Britain.

This is the full list of all the companies being blocked so far:

  • akj-crypto.com
  • bank-crypto.com
  • bcoin-bank.com
  • bit-crypto.net
  • boursebitcoin.com
  • crypteo.io
  • cryptobankweb.com

  • crypto2.bnd-group.com

AMF has also reminded investors that “despite advertizing, it is important to remember: there is no high profit without big risks”. Besides, the regulator urges to always study carefully the companies before making the investments and also to consider possible ways of sale of the received products.

It should be noted that usually the companies which are illegally suggesting to clients to invest money in traditional assets including diamonds, precious metals and collection wines are included in “black list” of AMF.
